Pickleball Court Reservations
Birchwood Racquet Club offers court reservations for singles and doubles.
To reserve a pickleball court, simply call (570) 586-4030, visit the front desk within the tennis center, or reserve online. Court reservations are available to be booked online from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please call the club to reserve a court for 7:00 PM and after. Please note payment will be held in order to reserve a court for non-members.

Non-member Pickleball Court Reservation Rate
1 hour - $10 / per player
1.5 hours - $15 / per player
2 hours - $20 / per player
— Non-members may reserve a court five times per calendar year with a $10 guest fee for each hour that they attend, at which point we invite you to join Birchwood.
— Effective January 1, 2024 non-members may not reserve pickleball courts. Non-members are welcome to come on a drop-in basis.

2 people eligible for a 90-minute court booking
4+ people eligible for 2-hour court booking
— Effective January 1, 2023 members will be able to reserve courts 2 days in advance. For example, you may call Monday for a Wednesday court reservation.
— Pickleball and Tennis Members are eligible to play their non-member sport 5 times per calendar year, at which point they encourage you to add-on either a pickleball or tennis membership respectively.
Non-member Policy
Non-members may play five times per calendar year, at which point we invite you to join Birchwood.
Non-member Cancelation Policy: There is a 12-hour cancelation policy for reserved court time. If a court is canceled within the 12-hour period or the players who reserved do not show, the standard court fee will be charged.
Reservations
Court Reservations:
Effective January 1, 2023 members will be able to reserve courts a week in advance. For example, you may call Monday for a Monday court reservation. Non-members may make day-of-court reservations.All players must be listed on the court reservation prior to checking in.1-3 people are eligible for 90-minute court reservations.4 or more people are eligible for 2-hour court reservations.
Court Assignments:
Please ask the front desk for your court assignment if one is not given. All reservations will be assigned to a court. Players must play on the correct assigned/reserved court for the allotted time reserved.
