  • We are proud to be a UTR Tennis Host Site and host tennis events or tournaments using the Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) system. UTR is a global rating system for tennis players, used to provide an objective measure of a player’s skill level based on their match results against other rated players.

Our responsibilities as a UTR host site:

    1. Tournament Organization: Responsible for organizing and running tournaments that are part of the UTR system. These can be local, regional, or even international events where players can compete based on their UTR ratings.

    2. Player Ratings: UTR allows players to see their current skill level and compete against others of similar levels. We use this system to group players into appropriate divisions or matchups.

    3. Event Structure: Organize various formats, such as singles and doubles matches, with the goal of providing fair and competitive matches. We help ensure that players are paired against others with similar ratings, making for more competitive and enjoyable play.

    4. Facilitation of Rankings: By hosting UTR events, we contribute to the players’ UTR scores, which reflect their performance and progress over time. Results from these tournaments are fed into the broader UTR system, which allows players to see how they rank globally.

    5. Accessibility and Inclusivity: UTR events are known for being inclusive of players of all ages, genders, and skill levels, from beginners to elite professionals. Host sites may also organize events targeting specific groups, such as juniors, adults, or seniors.
